Molly lived in Pennsylvania and started working professionally as a teenager at the Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. Her first production as a professional included The Snow Queen. She was then nominated as an Barrymore Award nominee for her part as Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production Into the Woods. In 2002, she performed the same role as Into the Woods in Broadway at the age of 15, and earned the Drama League Award nomination. Molly performed in Broadway in the 2004 production of Fiddler on the Roof. She was a student at Princeton University as a Triangle Club member and graduated with a B.A. Her graduation was in 2008 and she earned the degree of B.A. When she was in the college, she was the first actress to make her debut on stage in Disney College Road Trip playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly was able to begin her professional career after graduation with Off-Broadway productions which included End Days and The Wonderful Maladys on HBO Pilot. Molly has appeared in a variety of regional shows, such as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee performed by Barrington Stage Company in 2008 as well as the North Shore Music Theatre's 2010 production The Diary of Anne Frank in the Westport Country Playhouse in which Molly was Anne.
